Made slowly,
on purpose
Luma began in 2018 on a single studio bench with one goal: make fine jewelry worth keeping. No seasonal drops, no disposable trends — just well-made pieces designed to be worn every single day.
Started at a kitchen table
Luma was founded by a small team of goldsmiths who met while working for larger fashion houses, frustrated by how quickly "fine jewelry" had come to mean fast-fashion turnaround. We started casting pieces at a kitchen table in year one — the same recycled-metal, hand-finish process we still use today, just at a slightly larger bench.
Every collection is still designed, carved, and finished in-house, in small runs, by the same core team.
Our values
Honest Materials
We cast exclusively in recycled 14k gold vermeil and sterling silver, sourced from a single family-run foundry we've worked with since year one.
Slow Craft
Every piece is hand-carved, cast, and polished in-house. We release small runs rather than chase speed — quality sets the pace, not the calendar.
Made to Last
We build jewelry to be worn daily and repaired, not replaced — every purchase includes complimentary lifetime cleaning and polishing.
