Built for a smaller way of doing this
Keystone Realty started as a rejection of the volume-driven brokerage model — and it's stayed that way for eleven years.
A firm named after the piece that holds everything together
Keystone Realty was founded in 2015 by a small group of agents who had grown tired of watching good clients get shuffled through high-volume pipelines. We named the firm after the wedge-shaped stone at the top of an arch — the piece that locks every other stone into place. It seemed like the right metaphor for what representation should actually do: hold the deal together when it matters most.
We started with three agents and a single rented office above a bookshop on Harbor Row. Today we're still headquartered in Kestrel Bay, still capped at a small roster of agents, and still built around the same idea — fewer clients, more attention, better outcomes.
"We don't measure success by how many homes we sell. We measure it by how few of our clients ever need to think about their agent again after closing." — Founding Principles, Keystone Realty
That philosophy shapes everything from how we price a listing to how many buyers each agent works with at once. It's slower. We think it's better.
Eleven years, deliberately paced
Keystone Realty opens above a bookshop on Harbor Row with three founding agents.
Expands service into the North Shore and Aldermere Cliffs as the team grows to eight.
Surpasses $200M in cumulative transacted value while keeping the agent roster capped.
Now representing buyers and sellers across four neighborhoods from our Harbor Row office.
The standards we hold ourselves to
Straight Answers
If a home is overpriced, we'll say so. If an offer is weak, we'll say that too. Trust is built on candor, not comfort.
Capped Caseloads
Every agent at Keystone works with a limited number of active clients at a time, by policy, not by accident.
Long-Term Relationships
Most of our new business comes from past clients. We plan for the second and third transaction, not just the first.
